- Labour to install Cooker hood and hob
- To install ceiling light for whole unit
- To supply and install LED lights between kitchen cabinets
- To run hood point with switch
Painting Works
- To paint whole unit wall with Nippon Vinilex 5000 (up to 4 colors) and ceiling with Matex.
Plumbing
- To install kitchen sink, in/outlet
General
- Clearing of debris off renovation site.
- Corrugated paper to protect existing flooring.
- General cleaning upon completion of works.
