Plumbing Works
- To extend water outlet for overlaying
- To install bathroom(s) toilet bowl, wash basin with tap, storage heater, bidet spray, accessories
- Vanity and mirror install may have additional cost.
General Works
- To provide haulage of building materials
- Clearing of debris off renovation site.
- Corrugated paper to protect existing flooring.
