• Odd shaped or oversized tiles will incur more charges

Plumbing Works

To extend water outlet for overlaying

To install bathroom(s) toilet bowl, wash basin with tap, storage heater, bidet spray, accessories

Vanity and mirror install may have additional cost.

General Works

To provide haulage of building materials

Clearing of debris off renovation site.

Corrugated paper to protect existing flooring.
